2. Eligibility: Use of the Florida Farm Bureau's Sunshine Farmers Market is available to anyone. Listings in this directory, however, are limited to Florida Farm Bureau Federation members. If you are not currently a Florida Farm Bureau Federation member, and wish to list an agricultural product or service in our directory, you must become a member by contacting your local Farm Bureau office. The commodities, products and services listed on Sunshine Farmers Market are also limited. All vehicles, machinery, crafts, collectibles, non-agricultural products, etc. may be published in classified ads in FloridAgriculture magazine or on the Florida Farm Bureau Federation web page. Listings are subject to the discretion of the Florida Farm Bureau Federation. All decisions are final.

3. Fees: The services provided by Sunshine Farmers Market are free of charge.

4. Sunshine Farmers Market's Liability: Florida Farm Bureau's Sunshine Farmers Market is a venue for individuals to gain information on where to find agricultural products and services or commodities and how to communicate with the producer. The Florida Farm Bureau Federation and the Sunshine Farmers Market are NOT involved in the actual transaction between producers and consumers. As a result, the Florida Farm Bureau Federation and the Sunshine Farmers Market have NO control over products advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, or the ability of producers to perform services.

5.
